I began in the real estate profession over five decades ago as a salesperson, and shortly after, became a licensed appraiser. I have a long record of success and achievements, including being named Fulton County Board of Realtors “Realtor of the Year” for the second time. Clients describe me as hard working, detail oriented and attentive to their needs.

I am a member of the New York State Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Capital Region Board of Realtors, and was President of the former Fulton County Board of Realtors and served on various committees. Previously served executive terms on the Johnstown Chamber of Commerce and local PTAs.

I have had three therapy dogs and visited most health care facilities in Fulton and Montgomery counties. My most recent therapy dog, Onyx is now retired. I am a supporter and subscriber to Proctors Theatre in Schenectady and attend many local events to help support various organizations in both counties.

Because of my involvement all around this area, I am very familiar and a key player to help clients find and sell their homes from Gloversville to Johnstown, Lake Pleasant to Piseco Lake.
